Leaderboard Trickle

Leaderboards now trickle down

Starting December 1st, a job you finish in a higher ranking also counts on the rankings below it:

- Masterclass jobs count on the Masterclass, Realistic and Arcade leaderboards.
- Realistic jobs count on the Realistic and Arcade leaderboards.
- Arcade jobs count on the Arcade leaderboard.

Each job is still counted only once per leaderboard, and experience and payouts work exactly as before. Monthly awards follow the same leaderboards, so the Realistic awards now include Masterclass drivers as well.

Previous months stay exactly as they were.
